1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally able to purchase collectible goods in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with local law.

2. Packs, pulls and inventory

A pack is a purchase of one randomly assigned physical graded card from a published pool. Odds are published per pack and may change as inventory changes. Each pull is final once the draw completes.

3. Wallet

Wallet credit is a prepaid balance for purchases on GenZ. Withdrawals are subject to review, verification and processing time. Bonuses and mission rewards may carry conditions.

4. Buyback and shipping

Buyback offers are final once confirmed. Shipping fees are shown before you confirm an order. Risk in the card passes on delivery.

5. Fair use

Abuse of referrals, promotions or the platform may result in suspension and forfeiture of bonus credit.
